Automatic Re-Processing: "The Entity Is Already Booked" error from TCC results file
We have an import script that is running every 5 minutes and we sometimes capture an error "The Entity Is Already Booked" from the results file which means, it happens when an import attempts to update an entity while that same entity is already being updated by a user or another import process ( Doc ID 1047772.1 ).
Since the integration is running every 5 minutes, we have to manually check the results file one by one daily to see if any files got this error. We wanted to eliminate the manual intervention on re-processing those files.
Is there any way to automatically re-process these files instead of manually re-processing them?
