Hide Content Section Values and Competencies

Hello,

The sections Values and Competencies are hidden for all employees except one employee (HR), who happened to enter few values under those sections. Now they cannot delete those inputs nor can be edited. In person management, under this person Talent Profile page, no changes can be made either.

I tried two things:

1. Removing Profile Content Section Access, view access.

2. Removed the Talent Profile Subscriber from Content Section.

Both these actions did not help.

These sections are hidden for everyone else.

Is there a way to go in the system and remove these values, so that content sections are hidden?
