Oracle Expenses App - Limited Functionality

On the Oracle Expenses App we are experiencing issues that are causing problems for user usability.

When we upload a dinner expense or something similar with itemization it prompts that you require attendee information, and when searching for an attendee we experience a blank screen when searching for employees.

Additionally, when attempting to submit the test case it also comes up with an error message on the app saying ‘Error connecting to server’ or 'Alert - Connecting to the server failed'.

Any answers on improving app functionality?
