    How to mapping timezone for interview date

    Summary:

    in BIP report, we try to got interview begin time and end time, but it's UTC time, and there is column CAND_PREF_TIME_ZONE in table of IRC_CANDIDATES, values like <Asia/Shanghai>, how can I know Asia/Shanghai equals UTC+8, it''s there any table to mapping that, then I can calculate, so that I can convert the UTC time to the time zone I need.

    Or there have any other way to do that?
