Recent search results on dinamic look up fields

Summary:

Hello, we need to know if it posible to have the recent search result on a custom dinamic look up field similar to the standard fields.

I have attached 2 images, on the first one there is a normal field with some recent search results on it, on the second one there is a custom field without that option.

We need to know if there is a posibility to add that to the custom field
