"Transaction Business Category attribute is invalid" error from "Create an invoice" REST API

Summary:

We are creating receivables invoices using rest api (https://customerserver/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/receivablesInvoices

And we are having the error

The transaction business category that you entered on line 1 doesn't exist. (AR-857665)

We already checked the setup related to this field and its ok, we did a test passing the same value in the Receivables invoice FBDI and the invoice got created without any error

We did a search in oracle suport, customer connect and did not find any error related.

Does anyone has a idea or already see this kind of error
