Bulk upload of Data Provisioning Rules

Summary:

We are trying to enable Data Access Provisioning in our lower environment and during our exploration we've found out that we can only add 1 row at a time, however, if we are going to create thousands of data assignments in 1 rule, is there a way to mass upload it?
