Redwood Statement of Earnings page doesn't show pay period balance

After running a quickpay, the Redwood Statement of Earnings results page looks like this. The pay run totals are there, but the pay period column is blank. The same is happening on the Balance Results page.
But, if you click into the balance on the Balance Results page, this lists all the dimensions and period to date is being populated.
Why is the Pay Period column not showing these values?
This is being tested with totally seeded elements in a new environment, no customisations at all.
