Recruiting - Place of birth
Summary:
Hello everyone,
the client I am following would like to track the "place of birth" information within recruiting so that the data is then inherited in Core HR when the candidate is converted.
Do you have a suggestion on how I could have the information tracked in Recruiting?
I personally thought you could add a field in the Personal Info section of the candidate's file, but I'm not sure that's the best way to go (I'm attaching screen for clarity).
I thank in advance anyone who will respond.
Regards
Elisa
