Hide categories based on user's security roles
Hello
We have plenty of custom helpdesk categories. While creating a new SR, I would like to hide certain categories based on the security roles assigned to users. For e.g. I have categories such as Grievance, Payslip Issue, Promotion, etc. I would like to give employees access to raise SRs for Grievance and Payslip categories, but they shouldn't be able to raise one for Promotion category. A HR specialist however can raise SRs for any category.
I have various different categories that should be available for different set of users and wondering if this can be achieved via Visual Builder. I'm looking for some suggestions / inputs to see if this requirement is achievable and if so, how to proceed? Thanks.
