Chat workspace does not show the Contact Fields

Issue: Contact fields do not show up for an Ongoing Chat session on Chat Workspace.


We have customized the Chat workspace as shown in the image [attached]

1. Created a new Tab - Contact and inserted the below Contact fields.


For an Ongoing Chat, the Chat Workspace does not display the Contact fields.

Contact Tab does not display any value. Its blank

whereas when I do a preview of Ongoing Chat from Admin console it does show the Contact fields.

Also, did a preview of Closed Chat session and that also shows the Contact fields correctly.

Note: This Chat workspace setup works perfectly on Dev instance. But doesn't work on our new stage instance.
