Regular requisition to pool requisition
Summary:
If you have a requisition open for one position but while you are recruiting for that a second vacancy occurs, and they want you to fill both. This would be a pool req now. It would go from a regular req to a pool req. How would you be able to identify this as a pool requisition at the table level?
I am asking this for reporting and HR configuration and processing purposes.
