Duplicate approvals are coming to requestor post absence approval

Summary:

Hi-

We have configured our absence plans to be approved by Line manager when employee requests them and no FYI anyone. This is working. However, after the approval employee is getting 2 different mails saying that their absence is approved as below.


Not sure why this FYI notification is coming though we didnt configured any FYI back to employee. We just want Approved notification to the employee. we tried removing Creator option notification in BPM under notifications , its stopping the Approved notification but we want the FYI to be stopped.

we explored the options of Task aggregation, as once per task still the FYI is coming. and enabled "Don't send multiple notifications for the same human task event" still 2 notifications are coming.
