Specific User in Journeys to be decommissioned

Summary:

The specific user is not recommended for use anymore due to its planned decommissioning in the future. However, one of the use cases for our customers involves using generic email addresses, where user accounts are utilized because there are no existing HCM records. What would be the alternative solution for this scenario? Additionally, could you provide information on when it will be decommissioned?
