Restrict Power User on Saving Tax Automation Form

Summary:

Aside from controling access on the data source dimension where the Global Automation rules parent was maintained, is there any way to restrict the Power Users from saving the form? In our current configuration, our application is not applying security to data source dimension. I already configured the Tax Automation Global Save to "No Launch" and assigned Read-only accesss to that specific form for the Power User, but still can save the form.
