Is it feasible to customize Work Order Traveler Report by adding new fields?

We have a requirement to add new fields in the Work Order Traveler Report. Is it possible to customize the data model and add the below fields in the Report?

 

OrgName,

OrgCode,

Sales order,

Line number,

Legacy Item (If the BOM Item has a cross-reference defined for legacy item number in item master)
