I want to grant account deletion privileges to a custom role.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
1.In Sales and Service Access Management → Manage Data Policies, I checked the update and delete check box for All records in the custom role.
2.When I tried to delete the account as a user who was assigned that custom role, I was unable to do so because the delete button was not activated.
3.When I checked the permissions of the user in Explore Access, it appears that deletion permissions have not been granted.
What could be the reason for this?
