In P2T, is it possible not to overrride setups but only override data?

HI Team,

In P2T, is it possible not to override setups but only override data?

For our customer, they are doing some implementation and they want latest data from prod but setup should not be overwritten, is this doable? can we request support for the same?

Any help in this regard is appreciated.
