    • Custom role closing periods is not able to close and open AP period

    Hello,

    I have created a custom role for Closing and I cannot close the AP period for a specific ledger. After creating the role following the indications from the below note , plus other related privileges, and I provided data access at Business unit for the subledgers and at Data access set for the general ledger. Still no request is created when I try to close/open a period in AP.


    Can you please offer some guidance? Thank you.
