Account combination FBDI with 800k records is not able to generate CSV file

We have requirement to load FBDI with 800k records.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

It is not working or CSV generation is getting stuck for 500k records also. Can we please know how to handle this situation. is there modified template for larger volumes than regular FBDI template.
