How can we default SSD as RD for IMT orders which integrate through OM

For Specific business units, We have the requirement to populate the SSD as RD for both IMT and SO orders . For Sales Orders, we achieve this using Pretransformation rule but for IMT orders it ended in error. Any thoughts on this?
