value set description is showing in external career site but the code shows in internal career site

Summary:

Requisitions DFF acre created from Value set. description is showing on the external career site which is as required but only the code is showing in internal career site.

we need same value to show on both career sites knowing that we need to have the code to be able to search for the value.
