Summary:

Hi Team,

We are follwing this Process for Assets with Included Warranty Subscription which Works fine .

  • Created Service Request Header with Parent Product
  • Order Parts for Component
  • Ensure that Service Activity is Part Exchange with Return Process
  • Sales Order created from SR
  • Ship the new Replacement component ( has asset managament step in Orchestration Process )
  • Receive the defective Return component ( has asset managament step in Orchestration Process )
  • After we recieve the old Defective Asset , Asset is End dated , Customer is set to Null in installed Base Asset ( By asset managament step in order Orchestration Process )
  • In the Subscription, Return product is closed and Replacement product is Activated
