Will a notification alert be sent to learner if they are also the course coordinator?
Summary:
Client has created multiple courses and associated ILT offerings. We have a custom alert that runs hourly and sends notification to learner once request is approved and they are enrolled into the offering.
Has worked in TEST environment previously throughout SIT and UAT, and same config in PROD. This is the first enrollment in PROD and failed.
Learner is showing as active in the Offering and Status = Not Started as date of Offering is 25 June 2024.
Noticed the person enrolling this time is also the course coordinator - is this why no alert triggered? Meets all other requirements and scheduled processes all running as required.
