AP invoice transaction tx not calculating.

Hi all, I have created a new VAT tax Canada vat. When I try to use the tax in invoice line level at tax classification code and click on calculate tax..it is not calculating tax lines. It was working fine in dev instance and facing issue in tax instance. When I tried to test this in simulator it gave be error as below, can somebody help. Also want to know what that error message means.


Definition oracle.apps.financials.tax.transaction.publicModel.entity.association.SummaryTaxLineEOToDetailTaxLineSimEO of type Entity Association is not found.
