How to update Available From Date & Available to Date in Taxable Benefits Calculation card HDL

Hi, I need to update Taxable Benefits Calculation card to update Available From Date and Available To Date for set of employees using Calculation Card HDL.

We have used below sample HDL keeping Component Detail metadata which was loaded successfully but it did not update Available dates;
