Hi, I am writing this post because I am unable to log in to my Oracle Cloud account. After investigating the issue, I discovered that I Received email on 24 feb 2024 that my login email address had been updated from w2earning@gmail.com to any others mail address without my knowledge. But i did not changed or updated my email address

My account was taken over by someone else, and I have no access to the account email or password, both of which were changed by someone else maybe. As a result, I can't reset my account password. When I try to request a password reset email I am not receiving any email from oracle cloud.
