Download HCM app from Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome browsers

Hello,

We noticed that when using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and accessing HCM Redwood pages a pop up appears to download an app. The app creates basically a shortcut on the user's desktop / app toolbar to the same POD it has been downloaded from.

Is this expected? Is there any way to avoid this?
