Responsys user role

Hi, 

I have come across the requirement where the user should be able to run data import and export connect jobs but not download lists (or filtered lists) to csv files manually. When we give data director user role the user can download lists to file.  Is there any alternative to meet this requirement? By the way, is there any way to periodically extract audit logs from users who downloaded lists to csv files?
