cross-validation rule definition exclusion

Summary:

We are trying to implement CVR for expense natural account as show in figure 1 (based on enterprise structure report which we used is child of) but we want to exclude the natural accounts in CVR (figure 2) as invalid combination so that it will be treated as valid combination. The reason is these are being used in SLA rule.

Is there any way you can recommend or implemented similar scenario? Thanks.
