Contextual Journey not opening when clicked on Action Link

Hi,

I've encountered an issue with the 'Create Job Requisition' contextual Journey. When the action link is clicked from My Teams, it seems to result in a blank page. However, if I click on the company logo, the Journey opens successfully. Is it normal for two clicks to be required to access the contextual Journey, or if there might be an issue that needs attention. Please advise.
