Rest/Soap API to mass upload attachments to Open Purchase Orders

Summary:

Business has a requirement to mass upload attachments to POs. These POs are created in application manually i.e. requisitions are created by business users and after the requisitions are approved the POs are auto-generated or in some cases POs are generated by Buyers through document builder, all the POs are auto-approved. POs are in 'Open' Status.


We are not able to find Rest/SOAP API options which will work for our requirement.
