recruiting content library limited access

Hello,

Our client has a requirement where they would like the recruiters or the TA team to be able to view all the existing job description which is present in the content library.

However my concern is is there any such access which will only let them open recruiting content library to just view it ? Or will this access give them all the other setup task access as well ?

Is there a feasibility for this ?
