Unlike other FBDIs, when creating a CSV file from a template, individual CSV files are created instead of a single ZIP file.

When uploading a ZIP file using "File Import and Export" in the tool, should the ZIP file be imported as a combination of two CSV files? Or should each CSV file be zipped and imported in two separate steps? Which one is correct?
