Unable to enter new delegation for an End Dated Manage Delegation record. The system throws an error saying this relationship already exists and expects us to update the existing end date. This is a recent change as earlier we were able to create a new delegate relationship for an end dated delegation record.

We want the system to allow to create new delegation for an end dated relationship without having to update the end date for the old relationship.
