Prevent autocreation of PO at Requisition Level

We are looking for a requirement where we can prevent the auto creation of Purchase Order at Requisition Level.

This is a specific scenario where the Requisitions are coming into the Oracle system through Integration.

There is a BPA where auto-generate orders is selected. There are two requisitions created in the system via fbdi integration and both requisitions are related to same BPA having control selected for Auto-Generate Orders. Once the Requisitions are created in the Oracle system, we want to prevent one of the PRs from auto-generating the Purchase Order. This requisition will have its PO created later on. So, we are looking for some field in the requisition that we can update so its auto-creation can be prevented. This is a specific requirement and we are not looking to make changes at the
