In Supplies and demand, how can I Change the sales order quantity and date?

How can I change the sales order quantity and date of a sales order from MRP, (The lines are in statuts "Waiting OTM")

In supplies and demand, when i change the implement date and quantity, after the running of the plan the canges disappear.

Could you please provide me the steps to follows?
