visibility to access the status of a requisition

Hello,

Presently in the system once a recruiter submits the requisition for approval only they can see the status of it or at which approver is the approval pending.

However my client wishes the access to view at which approver is it pending with to be given to BHR and HM.

Is there a possibility for this access ? Has someone worked on it ?
