What would be the Impact of using custom Transaction source instead of using Seeded one?

Summary:

During the configuration of 'Manage System option for Revenue Management ', I am unable to find the seeded 'Distributed Order Orchestration' and 'ORA_Subscription' Transaction source within the Oracle Fusion Receivables Transaction source . In Order to create RMCS contract, I have created two custom Transaction source.

My question is what would be the over all Impact of using custom Transaction source instead of using Seeded one Transaction source? Will it cause any issue in future?
