Absence Plan Period Start Date is not reflecting as the same with Adjusted Service Date

Issue Description: Absence Plan Period Start Date is not reflecting as the same with the employee's adjusted service date.

Configuration Setup of the Accrual Plan:

I have set the Absence Plan Term to Anniversary Year pointing to the Adjusted Service Date.

My test employee's adjusted service date is 06/05/2023 as reflected in the Person Management

But when I enrolled the accrual plan to the employee, the plan period start date is showing the enterprise hire date not the adjusted service date.

Is this a system bug?

Howdy, Stranger!
