Our Onboarding Journey is appearing under Explore, but we are unable to assign it to anyone
Summary:
Our Onboarding Journey is appearing under Explore, but we are unable to assign it to anyone. I have tried to assign it to myself, assign it to other employees, and assign it to new hires using the eligibility profile. It is not appearing for anyone.
This is a journey we built in our development pod, moved in draft mode to production before our development pod was refreshed. I activated once it was copied down from production, but it is not working as it was before.
Is there something I am missing?
