Can the system message candidates if there has been no communication for the past two weeks

Hello,

we are currently facing the issue that candidates are likely to abandon the hiring process, if they have not received a response in a while. Of course we try to be as fast as possible when it comes to dealing with candidates and responding to them. However, sometimes a reply to a candidate gets delayed, because of business reasons, holidays, sickness or a combination of the three.

That is why we are looking into an automated process that can recognize this and sent out an automated mail that a recruiter will soon contact the candidate. We are thinking something like this:
