Hold Application failing on Setting the Profile Option -FOM_NEW_HOLDS_PROCESSING - SITE Level to YES
After we enable the Profile Option -FOM_NEW_HOLDS_PROCESSING - SITE Level to YES
We have been testing for RMA Order with both Forward and Return line scenario in which the schedule Task is stuck in Change_Pending for a Forward Line, at this stage when integration or manually trying to Apply Hold at Order header level is failing with below error.
You can't apply the XXCISCO_OPL_PUBLISHED_HOLD hold because order management is currently processing the order line. (FOM-4515574) Details: Try again in a few minutes.
Do we know what will be the reason behind which is not able to apply the hold. if we try sometime later may be a hour we were able to apply.
