Mandatory Application Fields Appearing Blank on Application until Cache is cleared

One of my recruiters is having strange issues were the Address, email Address, and phone number will appear blank on a candidates application, on his screen. It appears to be a cache issue, as I can see the information on my end, so I ask him to clear his cache and then he can also see the info. But every day it appears to not be visible unless he clears his cache. Additionally, it is not consistent on some requisitions, he can see the information and on others he cannot.
