Can I restrict legal entities transacting with certain suppliers?

Hi,

I'm wanting to know if it's possible to restrict a legal entity from transacting with certain suppliers. We're wanting to have supplier sites be setup to only allow given legal entities to transact with that supplier

Is this configurable?
