Contextual Notes for Performance Goals in Redwood Goals Center

In Responsive UI, contextual notes can be enabled for Performance Goals using HCM Design Studio:

Steps:

1. Create a new sandbox and add 'HCM Experience Design Studio' as tool.
2. In design studio, use the action 'Performance goal details'.
3. Create a new rule
4. Enter basic details
5. Under the Page attributes select the Region 'Worker Goals in Goal plan'
6. Set visible property for 'Notes' attribute.
7. Publish the sandbox.

Does anyone know if the contextual notes are currently supported in Redwood Goals Center?
