Deep link or help desk request link for server script

Need help desk request link which takes employee/agent directly to help desk request

Customer wants to notify (via email) the employee when the agent updates a request. I have a server script which sends such a notification. Customer also wants the message to include a link, when clicked, will take the employee directly into the system to the concerned request.
I have such a dynamic link (see below) which works fine for Object Workflows but the same link does not work within server script.
