Can we restrict managers doing calibration outside of Performance distribution?

edited Mar 10, 2024 10:15AM in Performance Management 2 comments

Summary:

We have Performance Distribution added to a Profile rating model.

In Calibration, same information is being used to display Bell Curve.

Now, as an HR, if I am doing calibration - I should only be allowed to make changes within the distribution and not greater than Max Target Perf Distribution.

If let us say, I am rating 80% employees as rating 3, but actual distribution entered in Profile Rating model is 60%.

The worksheet should prevent me Save and Close the worksheet.

Thanks in advance!!
