Is there a way to add attachments in Send Message function in ORC

Summary:

We can only capture correspondence with candidates sent via the Send Message function within Job Requisition. This function also doesnt allow to add attachments to messages. So we need to use Outlook for this which means it is not recorded in ORC and the Talent Acquisition team do not have accurate record of correspondence with candidates.
