What does PRE_DRAFT means in ORA_POZ_PROFILE_CR_STATUS

We are making use of the POZ_SUPP_REQUEST table, and for the field "REQUEST_STATUS_CODE", there are several status available as seen in ORA_POZ_PROFILE_CR_STATUS, including "PRE_DRAFT".
